meet THEA karlsson

Hi, my name is Thea Karlsson,

I guide people through deep healing using a holistic blend of breathwork, health coaching, and emotional awareness. My work is rooted in the belief that true health arises when we reconnect with our bodies, release emotional blockages, and rediscover the Divinity in and around us.

My Journey to Healing

My path began from a place of deep struggle. Throughout high school, I battled depression, anxiety, and chronic constipation—symptoms that left me feeling disconnected from both body and mind. For years, I searched for relief through surface-level solutions, but nothing truly helped until I began exploring the connection between my emotional states and my physical health. As I started learning to feel my emotions and understand what my body was trying to communicate, the symptoms slowly began to ease.


This became the start of a seven-year journey of transformation—one that taught me not only how to heal but how to live with intention, compassion, and trust. Through studying nutrition, movement, stress management, and body awareness, I learned to care for my physical body. But as my understanding deepened, I discovered that true healing demanded more: it required facing my unconscious patterns—the feelings of distrust, frustration, and anger that I had been holding toward myself and my body.

My Philosophy

I believe that healing is our natural state. Every person has the ability to return to balance—body, mind, and spirit. Illness, whether physical or emotional, often stems from disconnection: from our bodies, from our emotions, and from the deeper truth of who we are. When we reconnect, healing becomes not just possible—it becomes inevitable.

 

To me, personal healing is also a form of collective healing. As we release pain and cultivate compassion within ourselves, we naturally bring more harmony into our relationships, communities, and the world.

My Purpose

My purpose is to help people align with the health they deserve and desire—to guide them toward a life where they feel vibrant, connected, and free from the pain that once held them back. I believe that self-healing is a sacred act, one that ripples outward and inspires healing in others.

We are entering a new era—one where people can feel whole, complete, and supported through every stage of life. My mission is to help others find that path home to themselves.

The Power of Breath and Belief

The most profound shift came through breathwork. Breath became my bridge between the physical and emotional worlds—a way to release what I was holding and reconnect to a sense of peace and vitality. As I began to trust my body’s ability to heal, I realized how much of my suffering had been tied to old beliefs of being “broken” or “stuck.” By choosing to believe in my health and embody states of safety, expansion, and flow, I found freedom from the cycles of pain and self-doubt that once defined me.

The Spirit

Connecting to something greater: the energy that links all living beings. Spiritual awareness cultivates love, gratitude, and unity—qualities that naturally bring balance and healing to the entire human experience.

The Emotions

Learning to feel, process, and transmute emotions instead of suppressing them. By holding space for emotional expression with compassion, clients learn to prevent emotional stagnation that often manifests as physical disease.

My Three-Faceted Approach

The foundation of my work lies in a three-faceted approach to healing:

The Body

Rebuilding trust and understanding through nutrition, movement, and awareness. This phase helps people reconnect with their physical body and begin listening to its signals with curiosity and appreciation rather than judgment and negativity.
