The Awakening of the Soul
As a teenager, she rebelled against constraints, seeking freedom wherever she could find it. At fifteen, she discovered meditation, an ancient practice that awakened psychic and intuitive abilities she had long sensed but never fully understood. But life had greater challenges in store.
In her early twenties, Elisabet was lured to France under false pretenses and became a victim of human trafficking. Trapped in darkness, she was forced to confront the deepest layers of fear, survival, and the raw power of the human spirit. It was through an unbreakable will and a knowing beyond logic that she found her way back to Sweden. This experience forged within her a vow—to reclaim her power and to guide others in doing the same.

A Life Shaped by Resilience and Intuition
Born in Sweden into a home infused with creativity, healing, and mysticism, Elisabet Bonell was immersed in a world of unseen energies from an early age. Her father, a sound engineer, attuned her to the frequencies of music, while her mother, a homeopath and astrologer, opened the door to ancient healing arts and cosmic wisdom.
Yet, despite these spiritual influences, her early years were marked by emotional turbulence. Playing the role of mediator in a fractured family, she developed a deep intuitive ability to read and understand energy, emotions, and the hidden currents beneath human interactions.
This was her first initiation
Success, Burnout & the Search for Truth
Determined to create a new life, Elisabet excelled in the corporate world, becoming the manager of The Body Shop’s most successful store in Sweden. But despite her achievements, a void remained. A silent knowing whispered that she was meant for something greater.
At twenty-six, she founded a holistic healing center, bringing together energy healers, therapists, and alternative medicine practitioners under one roof. But even in her quest to help others, the relentless demands of business led to burnout.
This was the next initiation
Realizing that true transformation couldn’t come from external success alone.
It was time to step fully into her purpose
A Global Pilgrimage of Awakening
Seeking answers, Elisabet left behind the familiar and embarked on a global pilgrimage of spiritual discovery. From the high-performance world of Monaco, where she lived with her professional golfer husband, to the mystery schools of Egypt, the ancient healing temples of sacred lands, and the esoteric teachings of quantum consciousness, she immersed herself in the hidden knowledge of the ages.
But even as she gathered wisdom, something was missing. The dissolution of her marriage became a final catalyst—the moment she knew she could no longer live in illusion.

In 2017, Elisabet founded True Star Coaching, not as a business, but as a sacred transmission of the wisdom she had gathered through lifetimes.
