About the event
Join me for an intimate Family Constellations gathering where we explore the hidden patterns, loyalties and dynamics that can move through families across generations.
Family Constellations is an experiential approach that allows us to look beyond the individual story and gently explore the larger family system we belong to.
Through the constellation process, we may begin to see relationships, patterns and burdens from a different perspective — creating space for greater understanding, compassion, acceptance and movement.
During our time together, participants may have an opportunity to explore their own constellation and/or participate as representatives in the constellations of others. Both experiences can be meaningful and illuminating.
You do not need any previous experience with Family Constellations to participate.
We will gather in a small, supportive group in the True Star space, allowing plenty of time for the work to unfold naturally.
