This practice uses a connected, circular breathing pattern - where the inhale and exhale are seamlessly linked.

The breath begins in the belly, activating the full respiratory system and allowing energy to move fully and freely through the body. As the breath deepens, stored tension begins to release - physically, emotionally, and subconsciously.
