5. Retreat Cancellation Policy
Due to the extensive planning and coordination required for retreats and international travel experiences, the following cancellation policy applies:

If you are unable to attend after registering, your payment will not be refunded.

In certain circumstances, True Star Coaching may allow your registration to be transferred to a future retreat or another participant, at our discretion.
True Star Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to:

Circumstances beyond our control
If True Star Coaching cancels a retreat, participants may receive:

A credit toward a future retreat, or

True Star Coaching is not responsible for any non-refundable travel costs such as flights or accommodations booked independently.

Participants attending international retreats are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including:
